  • RETURN & REFUND POLICY

    We hope you love everything that you order from us, but if something isn’t quite right you have 7 days from the day you receive your parcel to return the item to us.

    Full-priced items can be returned for an exchange of another artwork of similar value, or a full refund of the item(s) excluding shipping costs.

    Sale items cannot be returned.

    Note: Returned item(s) must be untouched, unused, in original condition with all labels/tags supplied and returned within 7 days of receiving your product. 

  • SHIPPING INFO

    Artwork 

    All works are shipped with protective and water tight measures including acid free cardboard and tissue paper to ensure the safety of the artwork.

    For unframed works we offer Australia Post Parcel Post for $10.00, Australia Post Express Post for $20.00.

    For the framing of works we offer The Artscene's services, and PACKSEND shipping. The cost of the shipping framed works will be quoted and forward to the customer, however there is a minimum cost of $100.00. 

    FREE Parcel Post on all unframed domestic orders $1000 AUD and over (Australian orders only).

    Express Post

    Receive your order in 2-4 business days. This excludes weekends & public holidays.

    Please note, during peak sale periods, delays in dispatch can occur.

    Deliveries via Australia Post are only made on business days, and not on weekends or public holidays.

    You can request to change your delivery method for your parcel with Australia Post via their website, once tracking details for your order are available.

    We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances, (e.g. strikes, floods etc).

    Dispatch and delivery times

    Works will be dispatched within 1-3 days upon processing payment. 

    Please note that during SALE periods orders may take an extra 2-3 days to dispatch on top of normal dispatch times. Customers will be notified of any delays.

    All domestic orders are dispatched via Australia Standard Parcel Post. Please note, shipping times are in addition to dispatch times. For further information please refer to the Aus Post link provided; http://auspost.com.au/track/track.html days for regional areas.
